Beanstack Reading Challenges

Summer Reading is here and this years theme is Tails & Tales! This challenge will run from June 16 until August 25. Each age group will have a special challenge. You can join Beanstack and register for any of the following reading challenges here.

Tails & Tales

Pre-K & K: Tales & Tails

Parents: This challenge is for children ages 0 to 6. Encourage your child to read or be read to for at least 20 minutes each day. Help your child track their reading progress and complete fun activities. Your child needs to complete 10 badges in any combination in order to complete the challenge. Be sure to stop into the library on Wednesdays so your child can tell a librarian about a book they've read.

Kids: Tales & Tails

Parents: This challenge is for children ages 6 to 12. Encourage your child to read for at least 20 minutes each day. Help your child track their reading progress and complete fun activities. Your child needs to complete 10 badges in any combination in order to complete the challenge. Be sure to stop into the library on Wednesdays so your child can tell a librarian about a book they've read. If your child is a voracious megareader and they finish this challenge in, like, three days, contact the library to ask about the SUMMER READING SUPER CHALLENGE, more details coming soon.

Teen: Tales & Tails

This challenge is for children ages 12 to 18. Read for at least 20 minutes each day. Track your reading progress and earn activity badges. You need to complete 10 badges in any combination in order to complete the challenge. If you are a voracious megareader and you finish this challenge in, like, three days, contact the library to ask about the SUMMER READING SUPER CHALLENGE.

Adults: Level Up

We have reading challenges for those 18 and over to! Level up your reading this summer with this Beanstack challenge. Read, write book reviews, and complete activities to earn badges and prizes!
